Making the personal commitment to take care of your health is the first, and most important, step towards improving your health. For most of us, there are many obstacles on the road to regular daily exercise. The common refrain, “Just do it!” makes it sound like it should be so easy. But it isn’t always as easy as it seems it should be. You may even anticipate this frustration which could cause you to feel defeated before you even start.

Think of taking control of your health as a journey. The daily exercises you do on your journey will build strength and stamina and increase your physical and emotional well-being. Undoubtedly you will have questions along the way as you encounter new ideas and challenges along your way.

I want to hear from you so I can address your questions and concerns. Your daily evaluation offers a place to ask questions. You may ask about how to do a particular exercise. What muscle(s) should I feel working during this exercise? Why is this exercise done this way? Or, How do I resist the temptation to avoid doing my daily practice? Be curious. Allow yourself to ask the questions that you wonder about during your exercises.

This forum provides a place to address your questions and concerns. It will also help you to know and feel that others have made a commitment to a similar journey and have questions, concerns, and challenges just like you.

Please explain how to set up an exercise environment
I would like to know how should the exercise environment be set up. Especially how to exercise with a computer. Also, the graph you are showing is a bit difficult to understand. Please advice
