Back2Yourself offers a unique exercise program that is self-treatment AND provides personal attention and modifications to meet your needs. The program is designed to be modified to meet your individual needs – the daily playlist can be constructed to suit what is best for you and changes as your strength and ability changes. Furthermore, we are available to answer your questions using the Forum on the Back2Yourself website, email, or telephone. Personal attention can be the glue that makes an exercise program stick, or a component of the fuel needed to keep it going. Regardless of the metaphor that resonates best for you, we strive to provide the personal attention that is needed. The evaluation form is an important way for us to hear from you about how the program is working so that we can respond to your exercise program needs.
A B2Y team member reviews each evaluation and identifies if there are questions that need to be addressed. If it is specific and needs direct attention, we will send you an email or even call if that is preferred or requested by you. Or, perhaps, your playlist will be revised to accommodate the needs indicated in your evaluation. Furthermore, some questions will be addressed in the Forum, where we discuss ideas related to general exercise, and core and back exercises in particular.
For all these reasons, filling out the evaluation is important because it allows us to help you develop and then enjoy a successful exercise program. Yet, there is one more important reason to fill out the evaluation form: It provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your exercise program. This awareness helps you to take ownership of your exercise program and develop it so that it works for you. Reflection and awareness are key factors to building a lasting commitment to exercise and health.
Hi,
I am exercising for ~7 weeks now and feel much better (thanks!). I used to have pain in my upper back and it is mostly gone now.
As by now I already know most of the exercises by heart, I sometime do back exercises during the day not in the front of the computer and w/o filling out the evaluation form.
After reading your post I thought of asking your advice on that
Thanks,
Eugine.
