Hi Laura, I started my daily routine this morning and followed the playlist. However, when I got to the 3rd exercise (I think it was Tip Toe or something like that) I could not continue any longer. Is this OK?

Hi Chris,
Yes! It is ok if you can't do them all. The most important thing is that you are trying and that you maintain proper setup position alignment and support so to avoid injury. Focus your attention on what you can do, the fact that you are exercising, and notice where you are feeling the strongest sensations when you get to the point that you can't do more exercises. Bring your attention and try to direct you breath to that area. Practice strong core breathing in your setup position if you can't do more repetitions of the exercises. In time you will feel ready to do more.
